Time for Something NEW at Novotel Manila Araneta Center

2016 brought a lot of great things my way. As the Year of the Rooster starts, I made sure that I am prepared physically, spiritually, and emotionally for the challenges I am about to face this 2017. Chinese astrology reports that 2017 will bring about hurdles to people born in the Year of the Rabbit. “No pain, no gain” is the best way to put it, so I surely need to brace my self. To start of, I need to R-E-L-A-X.

2016 was a fantastic year for me and my husband, Mr. T. It was full of new experiences and adventures. We visited new places and revisited some old favorites. One of those is Novotel Manila Araneta Center.

This chic hotel has become the go-to buffet place for me and my husband, and a top choice for slumber parties in my circle. A year after it opened its doors to the Filipinos, let’s take a look at the new surprises Novotel Manila has to offer:

Aside from the genuine smiles of the front desk staff, I was welcomed by the familiar and pleasant scent in the lobby. Scent marketing is very vital to me, it makes me remember how it felt like to be in the exact same spot the first time and it makes me want to go back to that place, again and again.

I went straight to my room since I have a little over two hours to spare before the scheduled hotel tour.

Little did I know, a surprise was waiting for me on the bed. Uhmm, no, not Channing Tatum nor Zac Efron, it’s actually better!

I have very low EQ when it comes to wrapped stuff so I had to keep my guard up this time.

I went ga-ga over Kids Club. Eversince they’ve opened and I’ve started featuring them on my blog, Novotel Manila Araneta Center caters not only to business and leisure needs of travellers, but of their family as well.

And stay fit while travelling at the new In Balance Fitness Center. You have to exercise and burn the calories from the food you’ll enjoy in while here. Haha.

I also had the rare opportunity to go all the way up to the nicest room at Novotel. I am watching the replay of the 2016 Miss Universe as I was writing this and I can’t help but feel giddy reminiscing my experience inside the room where Pia Wurtzbach stayed during her Welcome Party after winning the crown. I totally felt like “Queen P” being there. Have a peek inside.

Another highlight of my visit is my lovely experience at the new In Balance Spa. For massage lovers like me, I know there is only one basic thing you are looking for in a massage – PRESSURE CONSISTENCY. And I found it here. The rest of the features are icing on the cake.
